      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research, write, and maintain clear, current, and practical legal content aligned with market practice and customer needs
      - Review and edit content produced by colleagues and external contributors to ensure quality and relevance
      - Stay updated with legal and market developments to maintain accuracy in content
      - Leverage legal expertise to support the development of AI-powered legal solutions
      - Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals to ensure content reflects current practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Juris Doctor degree with a current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
      - Minimum of 8 years of experience as a corporate and M&A lawyer in a law firm or in-house
      - Extensive knowledge of corporate law and M&A, including experience with drafting and negotiating agreements
      - Strong writing skills and a passion for clear legal communication
      - Familiarity with generative AI technologies and their application in legal work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience representing private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in M&A transactions
      - Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being effective independently
      - A curious mindset about the intersection of AI and legal practice
