      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Write, edit, and update Practical Law know-how and current awareness resources in corporate law and M&A
      - Maintain expertise on corporate and M&A topics, ensuring resources reflect the latest legal developments
      - Collaborate with other editors on content planning, production, and peer review
      - Assist with sales demonstrations and marketing initiatives, including webinars
      - Support product development and innovation using AI-based legal technology tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Juris Doctor and current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
      - At least eight years of experience as a corporate and M&A lawyer at a law firm or as in-house counsel
      - Significant expertise in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions
      - In-depth knowledge of the Delaware General Corporation Law and related case law
      - Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using AI-based legal technology tools and interest in expanding proficiency in legal applications
      - Familiarity with drafting and negotiating M&A agreements and other corporate forms
      - Strong technical drafting skills and ability to write about complex legal issues clearly
