      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research, write, and maintain clear and practical legal content aligned with market practices and customer needs
      - Review and edit content created by colleagues and external contributors
      - Stay updated on legal and market developments to ensure content accuracy and relevance
      - Support the development of customer-focused AI-powered legal solutions
      - Develop and maintain relationships with legal professionals and industry groups

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Juris Doctor with a current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
      - Minimum of 8 years of experience as a corporate and M&A lawyer in a law firm or in-house
      - Extensive knowledge of corporate law and M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating agreements
      - Strong writing skills with a passion for legal practice expressed in plain English
      - Experience using AI tools in legal work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience representing private equity sponsors and portfolio companies
      - Familiarity with generative AI technologies and their application in legal work
      - A curious mindset about the intersection of AI and legal practice
