What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Address Medical Information requests (MIR) using approved response documents
- Ensure all MIR are processed and documented according to procedures
- Identify and document adverse events (AE), product complaints, and quality issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide scientific support as needed
- Perform quality control of MIR to ensure adherence to project requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluency in Danish and business-level English
- At least 1 year of experience in pharmacovigilance is a merit
- Professional education or University degree in Life Science
- Medical Information experience
- Ability to manage internal and external client relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of other Nordic languages is a merit
- Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance tasks
