      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop new and existing audit concepts and gain client acceptance
      - Collaborate with teams to create new tools and processes for enhanced audit production
      - Oversee quality control by reviewing auditor claims before client submission
      - Prepare responses to client disputes and ensure claims validation
      - Train and mentor audit staff to improve performance and execution of audit projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of three years of direct audit experience or four years of related experience in healthcare billing or claims
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and system databases
      - Ability to mentor staff and enhance their performance related to audit quality and productivity
      - Prior experience in healthcare billing and/or claims is desired
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using Datameer and SQL preferred
      - Knowledge of Medicaid processes and requirements
      - Ability to work effectively in both individual and team environments
