      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound calls related to refunds from both internal and external customers
      - Analyze and evaluate complex refund requests, communicating decisions to customers courteously
      - Process and approve customer refunds, calculating appropriate refund amounts
      - Make outbound calls to customers as needed to resolve refund requests
      - Follow appropriate coding for incoming requests and their dispositions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in refunds, reservations, customer care, or other customer service roles
      - Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
      - Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail
      - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or higher
      - Experience in refunds processing, particularly with international refunds
      - Familiarity with EZR, Shares, and RasCAL systems
      - Previous experience handling phone calls in a customer service environment
