What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate the planning, implementation, and monitoring of regenerative agriculture projects across multiple countries and crops
- Prepare regular technical and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and internal program implementation meetings
- Manage financial projections, expenditure tracking, and payment flows to suppliers and farms
- Support recruitment, contracting, and performance monitoring of consultants and subcontractors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in relevant subjects and at least five years of related professional experience, or a master's degree plus three years of experience
- Strong project management and budget management skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English languages, Portuguese is a plus
- Previous experience in the agriculture sector/business
- Knowledge of regenerative agriculture principles and practices

- Experience in contract management, procurement, and compliance with donor regulations and requirements
- Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural teams across various geographic regions
- Previous experience backstopping EU, USDA, and/or USAID-funded projects
