      Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

      Workplaces is responsible for the active management of the Global Real Estate Portfolio including leases and transactions of all the properties, all design, construction and operations for offices, showrooms and DC’s for adidas.

      The focus is on the coordination and control of the general services activities of the Southeast Europe Workplace Management team so that general services vendors, equipment, supplies and other resources are managed effectively and efficiently, in order to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Ensuring high quality and continuous optimization of processes in the assigned service area as an important service for the adidas employees in the Athens Head Office
      • Ensuring smooth operations while taking into account business and safety-related objectives as well as the mandatory compliance with all statutory regulations and codes of practice
      • Organization, monitoring and control of operational processes taking into account economic aspects
      • Control, coordination, documentation and administrative support for the provision of external services
      • Control of the external provider of the assigned service area, taking into account economic aspects
        • Clarification of interfaces and responsibilities
        • Creation and review of SLA (Service Level Agreement) for the task or responsibility area to control and optimize internal and external service provision
        • Technical support in the conclusion of service and service level agreements
        • Ensuring high quality, optimization and legal security of the commissioned services
      • Contact person for service-relevant technical issues. Technical support for internal

      departments for their process optimization in the assigned specialist area.

      • Commercial facility management in the area of activity - obtaining and comparing quotations, creating purchase orders and posting incoming goods in the ERP system.
      • Tracking the budget and assisting with budget planning for the area of activity.
      • Ensure required documentation in accordance with applicable law
      • Interface between adidas and external service providers. Internal and external communication with customers, authorities, service providers and suppliers.
