  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead and implement the architecture for core features of the Unified Analyst Experience, ensuring scalability, reliability, and usability
  - Design and develop APIs and backend systems to unify workflows across various modules
  - Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to define technical requirements
  - Identify and implement improvements to system performance, stability, and security
  - Mentor and guide engineering teams on best practices in coding and design
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Extensive experience (15+ years) in backend software engineering, including technical leadership and architecture design
  - Expertise in building and optimizing APIs for large-scale systems
  - Proven experience in designing systems with a focus on security and observability
  - Proficiency with distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred)
  - Strong mentoring and coaching skills to support team growth and development
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with security, risk, or observability systems is a major plus
  - Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive alignment across stakeholders
