What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Represent engineering teams in investigating, implementing, and deploying engineering tools
- Provide training and best practices to engineering teams for newly deployed tools
- Automate workflows by investigating third-party tools and developing scripts
- Collaborate with development and product teams to align on goals and ensure smooth operations
- Oversee the implementation and integration of engineering solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 12 to 18 years of experience in engineering operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in CI/CD and test automation concepts and tools
- Experience with Google Cloud Platforms (GCP) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Fluent in Mandarin with an understanding of engineering teams in China
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and qTest
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Proven leadership skills in a technical environment
