      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop technology that connects parents with pediatricians through various platforms
      - Collaborate closely with product managers and other functions to bring features to life
      - Implement high-quality software while proactively finding and fixing bugs
      - Own the rollout and maintenance of projects, ensuring technical solutions align with business objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of four years of experience as a software engineer for Senior roles; six years for Staff roles
      - Strong full-stack generalist knowledge, including experience with MVC frameworks like Django or Ruby on Rails
      - Proficient in writing HTML, optimizing SQL queries, and managing deployment infrastructure
      - Ability to validate assumptions and measure impact using data
      - Experience leading people and projects, demonstrating ownership of work

      - Demonstrated ability to solve challenging problems and deliver simple, maintainable solutions
      - Experience in a remote working environment
