What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the IT Risk team to identify, assess, and communicate risks effectively
- Oversee complex risk and compliance reviews and assessments, developing new workflows and processes
- Manage large-scale processes and program changes while coaching team members in process improvement
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to influence strategic direction and ensure alignment with organizational needs
- Develop reports and presentations, ensuring high-quality standards and compelling content

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance Management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in performing IT risk profiling, assessment, treatment, monitoring, and reporting
- Strong knowledge of IT policies, laws, standards, and frameworks (e.g., ISO31000, ISO27000, PCI DSS, COSO, NIST)
- Excellent understanding of IT & Cyber principles and methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
- Familiarity with GRC technology platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Archer)
