  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  - Proven ability to balance long-term technical vision with short-term execution
  - Strong leadership and mentoring skills, fostering a high-performance engineering culture
  - Expertise with modern distributed computing frameworks and tools (e.g., Kafka, gRPC, AWS/GCP)

  - Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems
