  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Architect and design innovative solutions for transitioning from a monolithic to microservices architecture
  - Collaborate with teams to evaluate and implement tools, frameworks, and methodologies for microservices
  - Write high-quality, production-ready code as part of the development process
  - Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and best practices
  - Partner with cross-functional teams to align on project objectives, timelines, and execution strategies
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Multiple years of extensive software engineering experience, particularly in large-scale distributed systems
  - Proven expertise in microservices architecture with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability
  - Proficiency in Java and/or Golang; experience with Python is a plus
  - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP) and Kubernetes
  - Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in transitioning from monolith to microservices architecture
  - Familiarity with Kafka or similar messaging solutions
  - Proven ability to articulate technical concepts and influence engineering direction across teams
