  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead the architectural design and technical roadmap for scalable, high-performance data processing pipelines
  - Drive the development and optimization of ML-driven data routing, filtering, and transformation engines
  - Architect and implement real-time analytics and anomaly detection systems using advanced machine learning techniques
  - Establish robust monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions for distributed systems
  - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers while establishing engineering best practices
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 10+ years of software engineering experience focusing on distributed systems, data engineering, or ML infrastructure
  - Expert-level proficiency in Go, Rust, or Java with a strong understanding of system design patterns
  - Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration technologies
  - Proven track record leading and scaling data pipelines using technologies like Apache Kafka or Apache Spark
  - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and MLOps practices
  - Deep expertise in database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL systems
  - Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools, with experience architecting solutions using Prometheus or ELK stack
  - Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines
  - Strong leadership and technical communication skills with experience driving technical decisions
