What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and evaluate programs aimed at improving CMS Star Ratings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational CMS Stars goals
- Create and maintain project plans with success metrics, timelines, and milestones
- Manage and analyze multiple metrics and communication plans related to ongoing programs
- Maintain strategic relationships to support the Stars program design
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in business, nursing, public health, health sciences, or related fields
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience with CMS Stars, particularly focusing on MN Medicaid
- Experience in health plan operations and management
- Demonstrated ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and related business segments
- Proven ability to analyze data and devise appropriate action plans
