What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate study startup activities with the local project team, ensuring critical processes for site activation are supported
- Lead feasibility research and site identification processes in the absence of a stand-alone feasibility function
- Facilitate site agreement and budget negotiations to align with the site activation plan
- Review study-specific translations and ensure quality of IP-RED packages
- Provide startup-related training and methodological support to operational staff within the country/region
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University/college degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in clinical research
- At least 3 years of full-scope Study Startup experience
- Ability to identify project-specific issues and escalate them as necessary
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with IRB/IEC submissions and clinical study supplies distribution
- Proven track record of meeting site activation targets
- Familiarity with audit preparation at a country/regional level
- Strong coaching and training abilities for department staff
