      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support Kinaxis Supply Planning implementation activities, including requirements gathering, process standardization, configuration/testing, and deployment
      - Act as a trusted advisor and adoption advocate across supply chain teams, showcasing Kinaxis standard processes
      - Collaborate with multi-functional stakeholders to align on requirements and streamline Kinaxis integration
      - Facilitate user training, documentation, and readiness to ensure successful adoption across global sites
      - Identify and resolve process and data-related issues using strong problem-solving and analytical skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro, either as a planner or implementer
      - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field
      - Deep understanding of core supply chain disciplines such as Supply Planning, MRP, and Demand Planning
      - Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex planning solutions in business-friendly language
      - Solid understanding of leading ERP platforms (i.e., SAP, Baan, Oracle)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a Center of Excellence (COE) or operational supply chain role
      - Kinaxis Author Certification
      - APICS Certification (CPIM, CSCP) and/or Lean/Six Sigma credentials
      - Familiarity with alternative planning platforms (e.g., O9, Blue Yonder, Oracle) and business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Excel
