What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and assess automated systems to address complex business challenges
- Resolve software and process-related issues for internal and external customers
- Monitor application health using tools like Dynatrace and maintain support dashboards
- Document specifications, design, features, and operations of applications prior to production rollout
- Collaborate with business partners to define and ensure completeness of system/technical requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS degree in a STEM-related field such as Computer Science or Information Technology
- Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant industry experience
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Linux-based environments
- 4-5 years of experience with Java frameworks and IT automation tools
- Proven track record of managing a successful product throughout its lifecycle
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Docker or OpenShift containers
- Healthcare data experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM development methodologies
- Working knowledge of Oracle SQL
- Experience deploying changes using automation tools like Jenkins or Octopus
