What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with IT and Enterprise Application teams to align system development with Finance's data needs
- Maintain and improve the data infrastructure for financial reporting and analysis using Pigment
- Design and implement automated data pipelines between enterprise applications to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Build reporting dashboards for the FP&A team and senior leadership to facilitate decision-making
- Conduct unique financial analyses to improve forecast accuracy and align operational goals with financial outlooks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a SaaS or software company
- Advanced modeling experience with a modern, multi-dimensional EPM platform; direct experience with Pigment is a strong plus
- Proficiency with enterprise financial systems such as NetSuite and experience with data integration into EPM/BI platforms
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with APIs, ETL tools, or iPaaS solutions for integrating financial systems
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence tools, such as Looker
- Proven ability to build complex financial models and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Passion for improving mental health care and aligning with the company's mission
- Strong user empathy and understanding of stakeholder needs
