What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate work between administrators and the Service Desk Manager
- Build and maintain server platform environments for various applications
- Design, implement, and support server and desktop operating systems
- Manage and support all Windows Server environments
- Act as a liaison with manufacturers and vendors for hardware and software products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or university
- 5+ years of related experience and/or training
- CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft MCSE certifications
- Industry SAN certificates from any vendor
- VMWare VCP certification
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in Managed Care and Medicare
- ITIL Foundation Certification, ITIL Practitioner, ITIL Service Manager, Help Desk Institute, A+ or similar certifications
