What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze, design, develop, and maintain the hosted Enterprise Content Management System
- Provide application support for Health Time and Attendance systems
- Develop sustainable workflows around OnBase development
- Act as a project manager for project plans and implementation
- Serve as an application product manager responsible for ECM data integrations into Epic

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Nine (9) years of related experience or a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of related experience
- OnBase Certifications: Administrator and Workflow
- Advanced skills in programming design, modification, and implementation
- Experience with database administration and management
- Ability to write technical documentation clearly and concisely

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience with Epic
- Experience in OnBase development, healthcare analytics, and data warehouse development
- Proficiency in SQL programming
- Knowledge of Agile development and SDLC methodologies
- Certification working with other Epic databases (Chronicles)
