      We are seeking a talented Citrix Engineer to join our team and bring our network monitoring and configuration management to the next level. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining advanced monitoring systems to detect infrastructure and application events, ensuring prompt remediation and minimal downtime. You will also help bring us enhance our fleet management tools for our large footprint of network devices and appliances.

      This position is in Washington, DC or Richmond, VA and offers a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

      Responsibilities

      · Management of Citrix infrastructure, including updates/upgrades for versions 2203 and above

      · Management of Citrix NetScaler, including updates/upgrades

      · VDI image creation and ongoing maintenance

      · Create and manage Machine Catalogs and Delivery Groups for both MCS and Remote Access provisioning environment

      · Monitoring of Citrix and overall virtualization infrastructure

      · Application publishing and ongoing maintenance

      · Create and update documentation as it relates to Citrix

      · Manage Citrix & VMware integrations, perform day to day maintenance on the Citrix VMware clusters

      Basic Qualifications

      · Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not for profit university or college

      · A track record of commitment to prior employers

      · 3+ years proven experience managing and supporting a Citrix VDI enterprise environment

      · 3+ years scripting with PowerShell

      · Familiar with Citrix provisioning technologies in a VMWare environment

      Preferred Qualifications and Skills

      · Experience with 3rd party Citrix monitoring such as ControlUp

      · Experience with MCS provisioned machines and their optimization

      · Experience with FSLogix or other Citrix profile management solution

      · Experience with Citrix Cloud technologies

      · Experience with Citrix NetScaler, Application delivery and Virtual desktops

      · One or more related certifications such as CCP-V, CCP-N, CCE-V

      This position offers a base salary range of $117,800-$176,700, based on relevant skills and experience and includes a generous benefits plan.
