      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED or higher
      - Must possess an Epic Certification
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems implementation and managed healthcare
      - Proven ability to develop and apply system solutions to operational requirements
      - Strong analytical, technical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - Additional EpicCare, Order Transmittal, CareEverywhere, or Healthy Planet certification
      - Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively
      - Demonstrates self-motivation and goal-oriented initiative
      - Experience working in a hybrid model, particularly in the Worcester, MA office
