      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and enhance automation tools and infrastructure
      - Develop tools and frameworks in Python, bash, C, and C++ to optimize testing workflows
      - Drive test automation initiatives to scale software development and verification workflows
      - Identify, isolate, and debug software defects while contributing to effective solutions
      - Generate actionable reports to communicate progress to leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - 6+ years of relevant software development experience
      - Proficiency in Python, bash, C, and C++ for developing testing tools and frameworks
      - Proven ability to write effective and maintainable code
      - Experience working effectively in multi-functional, geographically diverse teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Automotive quality standards, including ASPICE, ISO 26262, and ISO 21434
      - Experience in building automation tools and infrastructure for software development and verification
