      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute talent acquisition strategies by leveraging relationships and external resources to enhance employment opportunity awareness
      - Provide expert consultation to hiring managers and HR partners regarding talent acquisition processes and methods
      - Review and assess talent acquisition processes to ensure quality hiring outcomes and candidate experience
      - Collaborate with hiring managers on compensation offers, recruitment strategies, and overall talent acquisition solutions
      - Facilitate communication between hiring managers and candidates throughout the talent acquisition process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting, OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting
      - Experience with current talent acquisition tools and technologies, including CRM and applicant tracking systems
      - Working knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) programs, policies, and procedures
      - Strong ability to assess and engage with hiring managers regarding sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
      - Proven track record in negotiating and closing complex compensation offerings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Human Resources or Financial Services
      - Previous or current recruiting experience at the employer for Business & Commercial Bankers
      - Experience recruiting for executive leadership level roles
      - Ability to present recruitment data to key stakeholders and business unit leaders
      - Proactive engagement in hiring manager conversations related to sourcing strategies
