      Your opportunity

      • We're currently seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Relationship Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team.
      • Based in our corporate office, this role has full accountability for all internal hires across india. Due to the continuing growth of our business, we are seeing newer onsite and corporate opportunities than ever before!
      • You will partner closely with our senior leaders and internal hiring managers to ensure our onsite and corporate teams are fully resourced and operational.
      • You will have the full support of two Talent Acquisition Specialists to develop and implement sourcing strategies, and to ensure we have a strong talent pool of engaged candidates for future roles.
      • Please note there is great potential to explore further career opportunities within AGS beyond this role.

      Qualifications

      Your skills

      • This role is highly relationship-driven and requires a responsive, consultative, and professional end-to-end recruiter with a proven track record of building successful stakeholder relationships.
      • You are able to guide stakeholders through complex situations and drive successful outcomes whilst effectively managing expectations.
      • You will have solid end-to-end recruitment experience coupled with a demonstrated ability to attract and engage talent within the market using sourcing channels.
      • You will mentor and guide your team, as they provide you with sourcing support.
      • As a self-motivated individual, you welcome autonomy and will thrive on being accountable.
