Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition team is critical to the continued success at CVS Health and our future growth plans. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will support the Data & Analytics department at CVS Health by searching for candidates for open roles and creating a proactive pipeline of individuals in this highly competitive market. You will be influential in our hiring process leveraging competitive data and candidate information to inform the best path forward for our recruiters and hiring managers.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates

• Build extensive, diverse pipelines for critical skill areas and open positions

• In partnership with the recruiter, build relationships with business leaders and Hiring Managers to better understand business drivers, the external talent pool, and the immediate and long-term talent needs

• Seek and utilize analysis of market trends and provide reports and metrics on talent pipelines and sourcing activities

• Prepare candidate slates, conduct in depth candidate interviews, and recommend top candidates to Hiring Managers and Recruiters

• Participate in employer and recruitment branding efforts and social media use

• Represent CVS Health at relevant professional meetings/conferences, career fairs, networking events, college fairs, and diversity events

• Ensure staffing activities are conducted in compliance with corporate, local, state, and federal guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience

• 3+ years of experience with developing expansive creative sourcing and research strategies for large projects

• 2+ years of experience with a client or candidate relationship manager or other robust candidate relationship tools (CRM)

• 1+ years of experience sourcing or recruiting for data scientists and/or data engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on a Talent Acquisition team that supports data product manager recruitment

• Clear, concise, and engaging written communication skills

• Experience using Phenom CRM

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
