  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Full cycle recruiting for technical, managerial, and professional positions nationwide
  - Develop recruiting plans in collaboration with hiring managers
  - Conduct phone screens, interviews, and recommend top talent to hiring managers
  - Maintain requisitions and information in the applicant tracking system
  - Lead recruitment team projects to support talent management
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional work experience
  - 1+ year of full-lifecycle recruiting experience
  - 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications
  - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
  - Ability to manage high volume workload and maintain confidentiality
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with SAP and ATS
  - PHR certification
  - Willingness to travel
  - Proven track record of innovative recruiting initiatives
  - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of staff and applicants
