      We’re looking for a passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in finance profiles to join our team. A career in Human Resources will provide you with the opportunity to make a difference at PwC by helping to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people.

      Your impact

      As a Senior Talent Acquisition specialist, you’ll make an impact by:

      • Managing the full cycle of headhunting & sourcing : identifying, sourcing, interviewing and recruiting experienced candidates. You follow them up throughout the whole process to the negotiation of salary package calculation (regular, expatriate, secondment, freelancer), the creation and signature of the contract as well as the onboarding process and the coordination with international Global Mobility for relocation and work permit.

      • Engaging the most qualified experienced EU and non-EU candidates and building relationships with job seekers, while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of each business.

      • Driving proactive sourcing initiatives to attract candidates.

      • Advising your internal Advisory and Deals clients on the best talents and putting together an action plan to fulfill the recruitment strategy.

      • Building a pipeline & network of key talents, in highly demanded profiles and niche.

      • Analyzing talent data to drive decisions, sharing market analysis and prioritizing staffing targets.

      • Being involved in projects such as internal mobility, international transfer, employer branding ....

      About you

      As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you:

      • Have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3-4 years of experience in recruitment of finance profiles

      • Get energy and motivation with sourcing and recruiting candidates, with networking and with negotiating with candidates

      • Feel at ease with communicating with different type of stakeholders

      • Push your innovative and creative thinking to come up with new ideas

      • Are driven by achieving your goals together with your team

      • Are fluent in English and either Dutch or French

      • Have experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a must have.
