      Job Summary:

      The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for partnering with the business and performing full life cycle recruitment for all positions at VCCH.

      Principal Responsibilities :

      • Be an integral part in the recruitment process of the business needs as VCCH expands.
      • Partner with the business managers to understand current and future workforce needs at VCCH
      • Mentor and train members of management and hiring managers in the areas of interviewing, recruiting and the use of all recruiting methods and tools on an on-going basis.
      • Collects and Analyzes HR data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hires, transfers, promotions and terminations. Communicates and uses the information for formulating recruiting strategies and approach.
      • Prepares and analyzes statistical reports and other data to monitor applicant flow, selection and turnover for compliance with legal regulations and with organizational goals and policies.
      • Develops, plans and implements HR programs, plans, poilicies and procedures for recruitment, testing, selection and job placement.
      • Writes and maintains job descriptions, ensuring they are updated and located in the Business Management System.
      • Develops and Maintains internal job posting program
      • Develops and Maintains contacts with local educational institutions, employment agencies, placement firms, state agencies and other sources of applicants.
      • Collaborate with other teams within human resources to ensure employee onboarding, administration and processes are followed.
      • Owner of the ATS system, including training, tracking and managing system updates.
      • Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems related to recruitment and selection
      • Implement process improvement and development of additional processes and procedures to further assist the business.
      • Serve as a leader on the team on our recruiting practices and processes
      • Train new Talent Acquisition Employees and HR Employees on our processes and procedures within VCCH HR.
      • Serve as a primary POC for recruitment needs
      • Manage and Recommend Updates to recruitment processes
      • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
      • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
      • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it
      • Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements in partnership with hiring managers
      • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
      • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
      • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
      • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
      • Represent Volvo Car at external events for recruitment purposes
      • Partner with local universities and colleges to build a pipeline of future talent
      • Coordinate and manage the annual internship program at VCCH.
      • Coordinate and manage any additional recruitment programs

      Specifications:

      • Four-year degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
      • 8-10 years minimum Recruiting experience, both hourly and salaried employees.
      • Full Cycle recruiting experience.
      • Strong sourcing experience through Job Boards, ATS and LinkedIn.
      • Experience within start-up manufacturing facility preferred.
      • Experience with mass hiring procedures.
      • Experience with ATS and Microsoft Office. SuccessFactors preferred.
      • Effective problem-analysis and problem resolution skills.
      • Strong customer focus and motivation.
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
      • Strong team player, ability to work with people at all levels.
