- Recruitment Delivery and Compliance: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including executive roles, using internal or external resources as needed, while ensuring compliance with TA processes and providing training to recruiters, hiring managers, and HR.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships in TuRMECA organization with business leaders, Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), Centers of Expertise (COEs), and HR Shared Services (HRSS).
- Performance Management: Monitor recruiter performance to ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs, and actively manage requisition statuses to drive timely closures and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Develop and implement strategies that promote the sourcing and hiring of diverse talent, aligned with organizational goals.
- Early Career Strategies: Develop, implement, and execute regional and business-specific strategies to attract early-career talent.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate on employer branding efforts to strengthen the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice within the region.
- Data and Reporting: Provide standard reports, projections, and recruitment data to senior business leaders as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven track record in managing recruitment for positions at all levels across multiple countries or regions, ideally within a complex matrixed organization.
- Excellent leadership abilities with strong influencing and communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of talent attraction and proactive sourcing strategies, including diversity recruitment initiatives.
- Eagerness to learn and demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Knowledge of WorkDay ATS and Power BI is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English.
