The Resourcing Specialist represents Capita throughout the agreed assessment process and upholds the highest levels of candidate engagement and experience. The Resourcing Specialist plays a key role in hiring entry level talent to the business as they hold the main face to face, online, and verbal relationships with candidates between the assessment stage of the hiring process through to day one and act as an ambassador for Capita throughout the hiring process.
The Resourcing Specialists will work under the guidance of the Resourcing Delivery Manager as part of the Global Resourcing Delivery team to provide an exceptional end to end recruitment and candidate experience within their designated business division or location.Job title:

Responsible for providing an exceptional candidate experience during the assessment and selection phases of the hiring process ensuring the recruitment of high quality individuals
Implementation of best practice around Diversity & Inclusion throughout the candidate journey that helps cultivate the right culture where difference is respected and encouraged
Work in collaboration with the Resourcing Shared Services teams in Mumbai and South Africa
Be an ambassador for Capita’s EVP and culture with candidates who attend face to face and online recruitment events, or who have been actively sourced for roles, or require more information as part of the resourcing process
Using exceptional communication skills to develop relationships with candidates and a sense of credibility quickly
Provide support to the Resourcing Delivery Manager, Resourcing Business Partner, resourcing Operations Managers and Head of Resourcing
Work collaboratively with other Resourcing Specialists creating a collegiate and collaborative team dynamic
Responsible for ensuring process and data compliance in Workday ensuring that this is the system of record and to ensure risk around personal and sensitive data is minimised
Responsible for ensuring that offer documentation is sent to candidates within the agreed timescale either directly or with support from Resourcing Shared Services
Ensure adherence to processes in relation to the legal right to work and pre-employment screeningLocation:
