Join us as a Senior Talent Brand Manager—a key player in Snowflake’s neverending quest of attracting top-tier talent. Our small, but mighty (like, really mighty), team exists to connect current and future employees to Snowflake’s mission, vision, and values by bringing to life the authentic experience of Snowflakes around the world. You'll help lead the charge in scaling our global employer brand, driving programs that accelerate growth and elevating the candidate experience. This role isn't just a job; it's your opportunity to push the boundaries and create something new within a great company.

      This is a hybrid role that requires you to live within commuting distance of your designated Snowflake office.

      AS A SR. TALENT BRAND MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

      • Proactively cultivate relationships with internal partners, including recruiting, employee communications, brand, PR, hiring managers..., ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy and company direction every step of the way.
      • Manage planning and execution of branding efforts to support Snowflake's global recruiting initiatives.
      • Own and drive the evolution of our career site by implementing changes, enhancements, and a strategic content roadmap.
      • Identify and leverage all available content across all of our glorious channels strategically, ensuring the continuity of our talent brand on the career site, recruitment microsites, job boards, video scripts, and other materials.
      • Champion Snowflake’s talent brand across the organization, creating learning opportunities for employees to best promote Snowflake as an employer of choice globally.
      • Drive impact and collaboration in recruitment events and conferences — design immersive experiences and perfect the candidate experience.
      • Analyze, report, and share metrics articulating ROI and impact.

      WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

      • 5+ years in branding/marketing, with employment branding experience preferred
      • Sense of team, sense of purpose, sense of the big picture, and sense of humor
      • Multitask as you'll be managing a book of business with competing priorities and deadlines that all must be achieved with excellence
      • Influence as you'll be working with key stakeholders at all levels, helping to shape their needs into actionable tasks
      • Agility because nothing stands still...ever, especially in this business. You'll be rolling with the punches (there aren't actual punches) and will be reprioritizing on the fly
      • High attention to detail and driving results through collaboration and teamwork– relationships are everything in this role
      • Stellar writing, editing, presentation, and communication capabilities.
      • Naturally a driver and a builder; able to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment
      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
