We are a team that works very closely together to ensure good employee relations, anticipate our customers' future needs, and proactively develop solutions.

Your day to day responsibilities are:

As a Senior Team Lead, you lead a global diverse team of Early in Career, Talent Marketing, and Digital Marketing Specialists. You are part of the Integrated Workforce Strategies Chapter, and your activities uphold Roche's reputation as an attractive employer – today and going forward.

As a Q ualified Leader, you are:

• Leading and facilitating people processes in line with Roche Leadership commitments, People Practices and policies

• Responsible for resource management and process improvement initiatives within the team

• Coaching team members regarding their individual development and career plan, being their role model

• Ensuring alignment and execution of established policies, procedures and global initiatives

• Gathering and analyzing data and business metrics to support critical decision making; sharing insights and recommending innovative solutions

• Engaging stakeholders, getting feedback and driving continued customer experience improvements

• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through understanding of business requirements and providing high quality and end-to-end solutions with a sense of urgency

• Collaborating with peers within region and globally

Furthermore you are responsible for:

• All employment decisions for the team including resource planning, hiring, training, development, performance management and progressive disciplinary actions

• Team's compensation management, including yearly bonus distribution and salary increase.

• Proven track record of people leadership experience

• Strong customer centricity, end-to-end accountability/ownership, problem-solving skills, growth & agile mindset in ambiguous situations

• Multi-cultural acceptance, cultural awareness and sensitivity, ability to work in a fast-paced and changing matrix environment

• Strong communication, coaching and influencing skills, ability to engage and negotiate with stakeholders

• Ability and experience in effectively diagnosing needs, and offering fit for purpose solutions to address them

• Strong drive, project management and process improvement experience

• Proficiency in English

• Experience in Talent Acquisition is a plus
