What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead analysis on the EDI BizOps team, providing analysis and resolution on EDI transactions
- Identify and document complex system analysis conducted on software programs and business systems
- Perform data collection and validation activities across multiple systems and applications
- Implement new technology and business services for organizational efficiency
- Assist in guiding and mentoring less experienced staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in system/technical analysis
- Strong knowledge of application development, data architecture, and business systems
- Ability to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-based environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SQL or T-SQL for data analysis
- Familiarity with business or system analysis tools and techniques
- Proven track record of fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agile execution
- Experience in guiding and mentoring less experienced staff
- Knowledge of evaluation criteria for services and products
