What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with enterprise account teams to define strategic IT engagement approaches
- Serve as the lead technical expert in customer-facing engagements, providing comprehensive presentations and discussions
- Articulate Coupa's cloud hosting infrastructure, product architecture, and security frameworks
- Demonstrate knowledge of complex integration scenarios with major ERPs and explain data management strategies
- Create and evolve a library of technical sales assets to assist the sales team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Broad technical understanding across web-based applications and cloud models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
- Direct experience with Finance, Procurement, or related business solutions
- Exceptional written, verbal, and graphical communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
- B.S. degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
