What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business unit clients to identify needs and opportunities for technology-enabled business process improvements
- Develop and lead information management strategies that align with business goals
- Conduct training sessions on new technology solutions and make recommendations for process improvements
- Manage relationships between clients and business technology operations to ensure effective communication
- Oversee technical project delivery and ensure compliance with relevant standards and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of experience; Master's Degree with 6 years of experience; PhD with 2 years of experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with large, enterprise-level IT systems, preferably in the life sciences industry
- Proven problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work collaboratively
- Experience in managing technical and business system analyst teams
- Familiarity with Enterprise Document Management, Learning Management, and/or Product Labeling systems is favorable
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in leading significant improvement programs across multiple business areas
- Strong understanding of compliance with corporate and global policies
- Capability to establish and maintain productive relationships at all organizational levels
- Knowledge of risk management and IT system ownership
- Background in developing strategic vendor relationships and managing budgets
