  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Collaborate with business unit clients to identify needs and opportunities for technology-enabled business process improvements
  - Develop and lead information management strategies that align with business goals across multiple areas
  - Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures
  - Conduct training for business users on new solutions and recommend process improvement strategies
  - Manage relationships between clients and technical delivery teams to ensure effective communication and project success
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of experience; Master's Degree with 6 years; PhD with 2 years of experience
  - Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with large, enterprise-level IT systems, preferably in the life sciences industry
  - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and consult with others
  - Experience with Enterprise Document Management, Learning Management, and/or Product Labeling systems is preferred
  - Proven ability to manage technical and business system analyst teams effectively
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience working in the life sciences sector
  - Familiarity with enterprise-level IT systems and their applications in business processes
  - Demonstrated ability to lead significant improvement programs across various business functions
  - Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry
  - Strong interpersonal skills for managing vendor relationships and internal stakeholders
