What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business unit clients to identify process improvements enabled by technology
- Lead the development of information management strategies aligned with business objectives

- Manage relationships between clients and business technology organizations for effective project communication

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of experience; Master's Degree with 6 years of experience; PhD with 2 years of experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with large, enterprise-level IT systems, preferably in the life sciences industry
- Proven ability to solve problems with a degree of independence
- Experience in Enterprise Document Management, Learning Management, and/or Product Labeling systems is preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in strategic vendor relationship management and project team leadership
- Familiarity with business process outsourcing and business process management practices
