      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a functional and technical expert, providing guidance on ServiceNow integrations and configurations
      - Develop and implement integration development plans and strategies for customer projects
      - Coordinate with other developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality across platforms
      - Analyze and resolve complex user issues related to integrations and AI solutions
      - Ensure adherence to best practices in integration processes and customer engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active Security Clearance Required
      - Minimum of 6 years of configuration/development experience with complex integration technologies
      - Proven ability to influence and consult in a diverse customer environment
      - Maintenance of at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
      - Strong experience with integration technologies and architecting systems integrations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ServiceNow’s Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent
      - Familiarity with data management, database design, and database concepts
      - Strong Javascript skills with practical experience
      - Experience with Self Hosted implementations and/or Domain Separation
      - Proven ability to mentor and develop talent within a team setting
