What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with engineering and product teams to create high-quality training courses for customers and partners
- Collaborate with team members to evaluate training requirements and develop a structured curriculum
- Design and deliver courses for both self-paced online and instructor-led formats
- Maintain and enhance technical systems for hands-on labs using the Instruqt platform
- Mentor staff on cloud engineering best practices and instructional design
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of experience in technical curriculum development, software development, or devops
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, or Docker
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, Go, etc.)
- Ability to transform complex technical topics into engaging educational content
- Experience in improving training operations and internal tooling functionality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with additional cloud technologies and tools like Terraform, Puppet, or Ansible
- Previous experience in creating instructor-led training material and hands-on labs
