  Senior Technical Lead with c,python,DO 178B
  
  Job Summary
  The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading technical teams and projects involving c, Python, and DO 178B. The role entails providing technical expertise, strategic direction, and guidance to ensure successful project execution within the specified standards and regulations. (1.) Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage technical teams in the development, implementation, and verification of software projects.
  2. Provide technical guidance, review code, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions on time.
  4. Perform risk assessments, identify technical challenges, and propose efficient solutions.
  5. Ensure compliance with do 178b standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
  6. Conduct regular code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
  7. Mentor junior team members, conduct training sessions, and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
  
  Skill Requirements
  1. Proficiency in c programming language for software development.
  2. Strong experience in python programming for automation and scripting tasks.
  3. In-depth knowledge of do 178b standards and experience in applying them to aerospace projects.
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  5. Strong leadership abilities to effectively lead technical teams and drive project success.
  6. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, present technical solutions, and collaborate with team members effectively.
  
  Certification in DO 178B is a plus.
