Lead enterprise-level, multi-faceted projects with broad organizational impact

Advise senior leaders on business-technical strategy, presenting transformative solutions .

Oversee program execution, including planning, risk management, budgeting, visualization, and reporting .

Communicate progress, issues, and strategies to stakeholders and executive leadership

Ensure compliance with internal governance, audit, and technology delivery standards .

7+ years of Program or Project Management experience, ideally in financial services or enterprise IT
-
Expert in managing large, complex initiatives with multiple tracks, cross-functional teams, and technical integration

Proficient with project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), JIRA, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) .

Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills .

PMP or equivalent certification

Experience with enterprise architecture, cloud/data center migrations, or technical PMO leadership

Familiarity with financial and compliance governance environments
