What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end execution of web programs supporting authenticated user experiences
- Drive program and project schedules, milestones, and delivery commitments
- Facilitate recurring execution forums including standups, bug triage, design reviews, and timeline check-ins
- Translate business goals into clear technical requirements and execution plans
- Proactively identify risks, surface tradeoffs, and drive resolution before issues impact delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Producer, or in a closely related role
- 7+ years of experience working within SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models
- Hands-on familiarity with modern web development concepts, including React-based single-page applications (SPAs)
- Proven ability to clarify requirements, scope, and success criteria in ambiguous environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide crisp, reliable status updates
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting large-scale consumer websites or digital platforms
- Familiarity with web platform services, content systems, or identity-based user experiences
- Background working with compliance, privacy, accessibility, or user-safety standards
- Comfort acting as a facilitator and decision driver when teams encounter ambiguity or competing priorities
