What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as SDLC subject matter expert, guiding teams in navigating processes and tools
- Lead multiple concurrent programs and projects of varying sizes and complexities across different teams
- Proactively manage technical challenges and risks, ensuring timely mitigation
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of solutions, dependencies, and customer journeys
- Educate and mentor the TPM and Engineering communities on SDLC and program management best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of leadership experience in Product, Engineering, or PMO
- Demonstrated understanding of Agile methodologies and their application
- Proven experience leading organizations through significant process changes
- Strong program management experience with large-scale initiatives in a matrixed, globally-diverse workforce
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CSM, CPO, or PMP certifications
- Experience with SaaS and hybrid cloud solutions
- Adept at cultural change management
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with competing priorities
- Capable of modulating information presentation based on audience levels
