What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget
- Create and manage detailed project schedules, change control processes, and documentation
- Identify and raise project risks, presenting implementable solutions or alternatives
- Coordinate project activities across multiple systems, departments, and teams
- Leverage knowledge of Finance systems to drive solutions supporting departmental needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in managing large-scale Finance Technology programs
- At least 10 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or equivalent
- Proven experience with ERP solutions (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Hyperion, or SAP)
- Strong understanding of accounting processes and management reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or certification in LEAN principles and practices
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Strong experience using Microsoft ADO and SharePoint
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- Experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
