      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget
      - Create and manage detailed project schedules and documentation
      - Identify and mitigate project risks while proposing implementable solutions
      - Collaborate across teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
      - Report on project progress and key metrics to align leadership and staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale Finance Technology programs
      - 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or equivalent
      - Deep Finance domain expertise to interpret requirements into system solutions
      - Strong understanding of accounting processes and management reporting
      - Experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience or certification in LEAN principles and practices
      - PMP or Scrum certification
      - Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
      - Strong experience with Microsoft ADO and SharePoint
      - Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
