      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with project sponsors, delivery teams, and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget
      - Create, maintain, and actively manage detailed project schedules and documentation
      - Identify and mitigate project risks while presenting solutions or alternatives
      - Coordinate project activities across multiple systems, departments, and teams
      - Leverage knowledge of Finance systems to drive effective solutions that support organizational needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale Finance Technology programs
      - 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or equivalent
      - Strong program and project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery
      - Working knowledge and experience with Workday Financials
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to document findings and proposals clearly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience or certification in LEAN principles and practices
      - Strong experience using Microsoft ADO and SharePoint
      - Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
      - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
      - Experience managing conflict to achieve project goals
