      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget
      - Create and manage detailed project schedules and documentation
      - Identify project risks and present implementable solutions or alternatives
      - Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle
      - Analyze costs and forecasts, incorporating them into business plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale Finance Technology programs
      - 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or equivalent
      - Deep Finance domain expertise to interpret Finance requirements into system solutions
      - Strong program and project management skills with successful project delivery at scale
      - Experience with industry-leading ERP solutions, such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Hyperion, or SAP

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience or certification in LEAN principles and practices
      - Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
      - Proven ability to manage conflict to achieve project goals
      - Strong experience using Microsoft ADO and SharePoint
      - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while coordinating activities across teams
